JERRY R. FOXHOVEN is a private practice attorney associated with Sellers, Foxhoven, Galenbeck and Nelson, an association of sole practitioners. For 23 years, he was a trial lawyer where he was the lead trial attorney in over 200 jury trials in both state and federal courts. Mr. Foxhoven currently focuses his practice primarily on providing consultation to lawyers on ethical matters and representation of lawyers on law license suspension/revocation proceedings. He earned his B.S. degree, summa cum laude, from Morningside University and his J.D. degree from the Drake University Law School where he served as a member of the Drake Law Review. Mr. Foxhoven previously served as executive director of the Drake Legal Clinic and full professor at the Drake University Law School. He is a member of the Polk County and Iowa State Bar Associations. Mr. Foxhoven was previously licensed in the states of Wisconsin and Nebraska in addition to Iowa.
