ROBERT S. SHERRETS is an attorney with Sherrets Bruno & Vogt LLC, where he has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation and has tried numerous cases before juries, judges, and arbitrators. Mr. Sherrets is a member of the Kansas Bar Association; Nebraska Bar Association; The Missouri Bar; U.S. District Court, District of Kansas; U.S. Court of Appeals, 8th Circuit; and the U.S. District Court, District of Nebraska. He has also taught seminars on advanced trial tactics and has participated in litigation in multiple state and federal courts. Mr. Sherrets has argued cases against before the Court of Appeals of Nebraska; the Supreme Court of Nebraska; and the United States Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit. He is admitted to practice in Kansas and Nebraska. Mr. Sherrets earned his B.G.S. degree from University of Kansas and his J.D. degree from University of Nebraska College of Law.
