DOMINICK M. BIANCA is an attorney at Bianca Law Firm where his main areas of practice are workers' compensation and personal injury. He is a LSU graduate and earned his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the Southern University Law Center. Mr. Bianca is a member of the Louisiana State and Baton Rouge bar associations, as well as the American Association for Justice (formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America). He is also a prior member of the Board of Governors for the Louisiana Association for Justice (formerly Louisiana Trial Lawyer's Association). Mr. Bianca is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state and local jurisdictions and the U.S. District Court (Eastern, Western, and Middle Districts of Louisiana).
MELISSA COURTLAND, RN, ALNC, MSCC, CSMP is the founder of Courtland Legal Nurse Consulting and acts as a medical cost projection specialist for NUQUEST. Ms. Courtland earned her LPN degree from Humber College of Applied Art & Technology and then her RN degree from McMaster/Mohawk College of Applied Art & Technology. She is also a certified Medicare secondary payor professional from LASIE. Ms. Courtland holds a Medicare set-aside certificate from the Law Office of John Campbell and Medicare Allocations and a legal nurse consultant certificate from LSU Health Science Sciences Centre. She is currently attending Chamberlin College of Nursing, working towards her BScN.
DEBORAH ENICKE, RN CLNC, CEN, COS-C, HCS-D is a legal nurse consultant with Enicke & Associates. She has an extensive background in healthcare management, healthcare information technology (HIT), emergency nursing, and coding management. Ms. Enicke is also a director of coding services at LHC Group. There, she manages a remote team of home health coders and coordinates between centralized coding department and home health agencies. She received her degree in nursing from the Our Lady of the Lake School of Nursing.
JAMES J. HAUTOT JR. is a member in the law firm of Judice & Adley, APLC, where he focuses his practice in workers' compensation, maritime personal injury, and personal injury defense. He is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in the state of Louisiana, as well as before the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Hautot is a member of the American, Louisiana State, and Lafayette Parish bar associations; and the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel. He earned his B.A. degree from Louisiana State University and his J.D. degree from Louisiana State University School of Law.
DR. LUKE LEE, M.D., MPH, CIME received his Doctorate of Medicine from The University of Kansas Medical School in Kansas City, Kansas in 1988. He also earned a Masters of Public Health degree in occupational medicine from The Medical College of Wisconsin. After graduation, he completed his occupational medicine specialty training at the University of Pennsylvania. Now, as one who is board certified in occupational and environmental medicine, scoring in the top 10th percentile on his occupational medicine board certification examination, Dr. Lee serves as a consultant for various federal and state government agencies, as well as occupational medical director for many prominent corporations. Dr. Lee served as chief of an Army medical care clinic, and senior field surgeon in Desert Storm for the 1st Cavalry Division of the U.S. Army. He is also a certified medical review officer, certified independent medical examiner, FMCSA certified medical examiner, and has also served as an active leader for the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine.
