ROGER J. McCLURE is a practicing attorney with Washington Wealth Counsellors® PC, and has more than 35 years of experience. He maintains a business, estate and charitable planning law practice based in Virginia. He has conducted civil and criminal trials in local courts, represented creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, and litigated antitrust and trade regulation cases involving the largest corporations in America in federal regulatory proceedings. Mr. McClure served 10 years in the Virginia legislature (House of Delegates) and is past president of the Northern Virginia Estate Planning Council and the Northern Virginia Apartment Association. He has published books and articles in ABA publications. Through Wealth Counsel and his professional associations, he works with professionals in every state to assist their clients in solving problems and enhancing planning. Mr. McClure holds an undergraduate degree in international studies; a Masters Degree in Political Science from Northwestern University; and his J.D. degree, with honors, from the Ohio State University Law School.
GRETTA C. SPENDLOVE is a shareholder in the Salt Lake City law firm of Dentons Durham Jones Pinegar P.C. MATTHEW B WENZLAU is the founder of The WSE Firm, PLLC located in Nashville, Tennessee and Scottsdale, Arizona. For over 20 years, he has worked in the music, film, entertainment, and privacy/data industries. His body of work includes securitization, funding, and distribution for multi-million dollar motion pictures, production counsel/producer for feature-length films and television shows, and general counsel for Grammy award winning music artists, film stars, influencers, and a diverse array of celebrities. From a business perspective, Mr. Wenzlau frequently handles multiple vendor, distributor, and supply-chain arrangements, which businesses can leverage into their daily operations. He represents clients in private disputes, arbitrations, and negotiations involving entertainment-related matters. His practice also includes legal and branding matters involving federal, state, and local regulatory agencies, including the USPTO, United States Copyright Office, and the SEC. Mr. Wenzlau is a long-time member of the Recording Academy, Gospel Music Association, and the Country Music Association. He earned his B.A. degree from Baylor University, his J.D. degree from Regent University School of Law, and his M.B.A. degree from Arizona State University. BRIAN D. WRIGHT is co-managing partner of Faruki PLL, where he focuses his practice primarily on commercial litigation matters. Mr. Wright represents publicly traded companies, privately held companies, and individual clients in complex business disputes in both federal and state courts, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings throughout Ohio and the United States. He has successfully represented clients in numerous class actions and individual actions involving securities, privacy, business torts, trademarks, consumer protection, product liability, breach of contract and warranty, trade secrets, restrictive covenants (including covenants not to compete), and other business litigation matters and has worked extensively on several false advertising disputes, including Lanham Act cases in federal court and numerous advertising challenges and compliance actions in the National Advertising Division of the Council of Better Business Bureaus, Inc.
