Leslie A. Share
is a shareholder in Packman, Neuwahl & Rosenberg P.A., specializing in the areas of domestic and international tax, estate, and wealth preservation planning. He has advised clients in numerous and diverse areas, such as Broadway theatrical productions, domestic and foreign real estate like-kind exchanges, internet sales, services and licensing tax planning, advanced domestic and foreign wealth preservation techniques, U.S. tax treaties, Internal Revenue Service examinations, voluntary compliance programs, and preferred structures for inbound and outbound business and investment planning. Mr. Share has written for publications such as Checkpoint Catalyst, The Florida Bar Journal, Asset Protection Journal, Estate Planning, Entertainment Law & Finance, University of Florida Law Review, and an American Bar Association book entitled Foreign Investment in U.S. Real Estate-A Comprehensive Guide. He is currently a guest lecturer at the University of Miami Law School Graduate Program in taxation. Mr. Share earned his B.A. degree from Northwestern University; his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Florida; and his Master of Laws degree in taxation from New York University.

is a partner with the Weaver Firm, where he offers deep legal knowledge and strong personal commitment to helping obtain nursing home benefits; protect assets through a will; claim ownership of inherited property or cash; and negotiate business transactions. Mr. Weaver is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law, State Bar of Texas, Tarrant County Bar Association, Tarrant County Probate Bar Association, Denton County Bar Association and Wise County Bar Association. He earned his B.A degree from Texas A & M University, his M.B.A. degree from Texas Tech University, and his J.D degree from Texas Tech University School of Law.

is a partner in the law firm of Hale & Wood, PLLC, where he practices in the areas of tax, business, estate planning, wills, trust, probate, and real estate. He is admitted to practice before the Utah Supreme Court, Federal District Court of Utah, and the U.S. Tax Court. Mr. Jones is a member of the Utah State Bar. He is also a licensed certified public accountant. Mr. Jones earned his B.A. degree and his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Utah; and his Masters of Prof. Accountancy degree from Weber State University.

is a founder and partner in the Cook Tillman Law Group in Brentwood, Tennessee. He is the first attorney to be recognized as an estate planning specialist by the Tennessee Board of Certification and Specialization, and holds the accredited estate planner and estate planning law specialist designations with the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils. Mr. Cook earned his B.A. degree from the State University of New York at Albany and his J.D. degree from American University, Washington College of Law, Washington, District of Columbia. He is a member of the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils, Middle Tennessee Estate Planning Council, and Tennessee Bar Association.

Patti S. Spencer
is an attorney with Metzger and Spencer, LLP and Spencer Law Firm LLC in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, where she provides experience and depth in estate planning, trust and estate administration, complex tax consulting, charitable gift planning, wealth transfer vehicles and retirement plan consulting, and expert witness testimony. Ms. Spencer taught estate and gift tax for eight years as an adjunct professor at Boston University in the LL.M. program, and also was a former professor of trusts and estates at Boston University School of Law. In addition, she has spoken numerous times on topics related to her areas of expertise. Ms. Spencer is the author of a weekly column Taxing Matters, which appeared in the Lancaster Intelligencer Journal's Business Monday Section for 14 years. She also has written Pennsylvania Estate Planning, Wills and Trusts Library: Forms and Practice Manual, Data Trace, which is updated annually. Ms. Spencer earned her B.A. degree from Dickinson College, her J.D. degree from Boston University and her LL.M. degree from Boston University. She is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.
