ANDREA J. HINERMAN is a senior attorney for The West Virginia State Bar, Office of Disciplinary Counsel, where she practices in the areas of investigations of allegations of violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct. She is a member of the American Inns of Court and the American Bar Association. Ms. Hinerman has taught numerous continuing legal education seminars for The West Virginia State Bar, the West Virginia Continuing Legal Education, and several local bar associations. She has mainly spoken on attorney ethical obligations under the Rules of Professional Conduct. Ms. Hinerman earned her B.A. and J.D. degrees from West Virginia University.

ORTON A. JONES is a partner with Hedges Jones Whittier & Hedges, located in Spencer, West Virginia. He has an active practice emphasizing in real estate, deeds, wills, estates, oil and gas and real estate law and litigation. Mr. Jones has been appointed fiduciary commissioner by Roane County Commission (county probate court under West Virginia law). He is admitted to all courts in West Virginia, the U.S. District Court, Southern District of West Virginia, Supreme Court of the United States and the U.S., Court of Military Appeals. Mr. Jones earned his undergraduate degree from Glenville State College, followed by earning his J.D. degree from West Virginia University College of Law.

JAMES W. LANE JR. is a member at Flaherty Sensabaugh Bonasso PLLC, and focuses his practice on business transactions, bankruptcy and creditors' rights matters. After law school he was the law clerk for the U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for the Southern District of West Virginia. Mr. Lane regularly represents parties and lenders in business transactions, refinancings and business related disputes. He was recognized in 2017 by Best Lawyers in America as lawyer of the year for real estate litigation. He represents lenders in the origination, administration and enforcement of loans and collateral agreements. In bankruptcy cases, he represents creditors, debtors, owners, DIP lenders, creditor committees, and asset purchasers. Mr. Lane negotiates workout and forbearance agreements, and helps all varieties of creditors enforce their rights under contractual and West Virginia state law. He earned his J.D. degree from Washington and Lee School of Law and his B.A. degree from Washington & Jefferson College.

JUSTIN J. MARCUM is the managing attorney and founder at Marcum Law Office, PLLC. He focuses his practice on car wrecks, personal injury suits, estates, divorce and family law issues, property law, and legal document preparation. Mr. Marcum was named one of the Top 100 Lawyers by The National Trial Lawyers, the Top 40 under 40 by The National Trial Lawyers, and Top 10 Family Law Attorneys in West Virginia. He was also named to the Subcommittee on Car Accidents by the National Trial Lawyers and Top Lawyer: The Global Directory of Who’s Who. Mr. Marcum is a member of the Supreme Court of the United States, West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of United States, Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and U.S. Tax Court. He received his B.B.A. degree in economics from Marshall University and his J.D. degree from Appalachian School of Law.
