JEFFREY A. ABRAMS is a partner in the law firm of Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff LLP, in the firm's realestate & environmental practice group. He represents banks and lending institutions, developers, landlords, tenants, builders, contractors and all types of business owners. Mr. Abrams has represented companies and lenders in documenting different types of transactions, including acquisition and development of land, shopping centers, office and industrial buildings, acquisition of businesses, development loans, and construction loans and leases for various property types. He is the author of several articles that have appeared in the Indianapolis Business Journal and has frequently spoken for the International Conference of Shopping Center Law, ICLEF, and National Business Institute. Mr. Abrams is listed in Indiana Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers in America, and Chambers USA Leading Lawyers for Business. He is a member of the Indianapolis, Indiana State, and American bar associations; and the American College of Real Estate Attorneys (ACREL). Mr. Abrams earned his B.S. degree from Miami University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.

JASON P. LUEKING is a member in the Indianapolis law firm of Stoll Keenon Ogden PLLC, where he practices in the areas of real estate, business and banking law. Mr. Lueking brings his technical background and practical experience to solve his clients' legal problems. He gained engineering and surveying experience working for a major national coal company with mining locations in southern Indiana. Mr. Lueking earned his B.S.C.E degree from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and his J.D. degree from Indiana University. He is a member of the American, Kentucky and Indiana State bar associations. Mr. Lueking is on the Board of Governors for the Indiana Land Title Law Association. He also is a past president of the Indiana Chapter of the International Right of Way Association.

NORMAN R. NEWMAN is the senior partner with Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff LLP. He practices in the areas of real estate law, environmental law, and construction law; and is the author of numerous articles on these subjects. Mr. Newman has lectured on these topics for the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum (ICLEF), the International Council of Shopping Centers, and other organizations. He is a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers. Mr. Newman is listed in Who's Who in American Law and The Best Lawyers in America. He earned his J.D. degree, with distinction, from Indiana University School of Law and is now an adjunct professor there.

JENNIFER J. WALLANDER is general counsel and commercial escrow manager in the Carmel office of Hamilton National Title, LLC. She has more than eight years of experience in the banking, real estate and title industry. Throughout the first part of her law career, Ms. Wallander represented mortgage banks and servicers in both residential and commercial default foreclosure and litigation, including state law issues like evictions, sheriff sales, settlement conferences, and title claims, as well as federal claims under the FDCPA, TILA and RESPA. She enjoys interacting with clients and finds great satisfaction in providing them with exceptional service. Ms. Wallander now serves as general counsel for Hamilton National Title, LLC, and is also their commercial escrow manager. She graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, with a triple major in psychology, criminal justice, and political science, and received her law degree from Indiana University McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis.
