STEVEN M. MAGAS is an Ohio trial lawyer with 35+ years of courtroom experience. He has handled cases from first meeting through verdict and appeals. The primary focus of his career has been personal injury and wrongful death matters, but Mr. Magas has tried a variety of cases including will contests, real estate matters and malpractice cases. He is known as "The Bike Lawyer" and has handled over 400 bicycle and motorcycle cases all over Ohio. Mr. Magas was the co-author of "Bicycling & The Law" with Olympic cyclist-turned-lawyer Bob Mionske. He received undergraduate degrees in mathematics and education from the University of Cincinnati and earned his J.D. degree from The Ohio State University College of Law.
