Andrew J. Piela
is a partner at Shaheen & Gordon, P.A. in Nashua, New Hampshire. He focuses his practice on family law, probate litigation, civil litigation and appellate work. Mr. Piela regularly appears in trial courts in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, and also handles appeals before the New Hampshire Supreme Court and Massachusetts Court of Appeals. He earned his bachelor's degree from Boston College and his J.D. degree from Boston College Law School. Mr. Piela's professional and community involvement includes Batchelder Inns of Court; and American, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine State and Nashua bar associations. He is admitted to practice in New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, and Federal District Court for New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

Lisa Ura Bollinger
is a partner with Black, La France & Bollinger, LLC, where she practices in the areas of divorce and family law, estate planning, general litigation, landlord representation in evictions and collection. Ms. Bollinger graduated from Notre Dame College and later from Franklin Pierce Law Center (now the University of New Hampshire School of Law.) She is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and the U.S. District Court (1st District NH).

Crystal M. Maldonado
is currently a partner at Shaheen & Gordon, P.A. in Manchester, New Hampshire. She is admitted to the New Hampshire Bar Association and the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire. Ms. Maldonado earned her B.A. degree from Stonehill College and her J.D. degree from the University of New Hampshire School Franklin Pierce School of Law. She has represented clients in a variety of civil litigation matters with a focus on domestic relations. Ms. Maldonado's work includes negotiating and litigating cases involving divorce, child support, parenting, post-divorce modification, enforcement, father's rights, domestic violence issues, grandparent rights, relocation, parental kidnappings, pre and post-nuptial agreements, termination of parental rights, guardianships, as well as surrogacy and adoptions. Families face many challenges when dealing with domestic matters, and she prides herself in guiding clients through each step, ensuring they are educated about their rights and decisions, and making the process as stress free as possible. While Ms. Maldonado always tries to mediate and negotiate a settlement in her client's best interest, she is a strong and powerful advocate for clients in the courtroom should it become necessary. As a New Hampshire native and graduate of the Daniel Webster Scholars Program at UNH School of Law, she continues to be involved in the community and as an adjunct professor of family law at the UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law and has received numerous honors and awards for her exemplary work in the area of family law.

David C. Tencza
is an attorney at McLane Middleton, primarily working with clients on family law and criminal related matters. Prior to his time at McLane Middleton, he worked for a smaller Nashua law firm and served as a Superior Court prosecutor in the Hillsborough County Attorney's Office for ten years. In his capacity as a prosecutor, Mr. Tencza was an original member of the Hillsborough County Superior Court Adult Drug Court team, and prosecuted a variety of felony level offenses, including assaults, thefts, the possession and sale of drugs, and computer related crimes. He earned his bachelor's degree from Saint Anselm College and his J.D. degree from Suffolk University Law School. Mr. Tencza is currently president of Nashua Bar Association. He is admitted to practice law in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

Debra M. DuPont
concentrates her practice in family law and criminal defense. She represents people in difficult times of divorce, contested parenting issues, DCYF involvement, serious felonies, misdemeanors, DUIs and violation level offenses. Ms. DuPont works in both state and federal courts in New Hampshire and Maine. She frequently works on DHHS/DCYF appeals and other state agency matters and appeals to the New Hampshire Supreme Court. Ms. DuPont believes in efficient and effective representation in family court to minimize the impact on the family. She guides people through pretrial litigation, mediation, trials and post-trial work. Ms. DuPont's experience includes ten years as a criminal defense trial attorney at the New Hampshire Public Defender. She has a wide range of experience in all types of felony and misdemeanor matters. In addition, Ms. DuPont holds an airline transport pilot license and is a certified flight instructor- multi-engine, advanced and instrument. She is a member of Rockingham County Bar Association, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, New Hampshire Women's Bar Association, The New Hampshire Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NHACDL) and New Hampshire Bar Association Legislation Committee (2017-2020). She received her BA degree, cum laude, from Drew University and JD degree, cum laude, from Florida A&M College of Law.

Lyndsay N. Robinson
is a partner with Shaheen & Gordon. Her practice consists of general civil litigation with a focus on family law, estate planning, probate administration, and immigration. Ms. Robinson represents victims of domestic violence who need and deserve a guiding hand through extremely difficult times. She is committed to serving families in New Hampshire with compassion and always takes a client-centered approach in her representation. Ms. Robinson works with clients to resolve their matters outside of court, but her extensive trial experience benefits clients when they do need an advocate in the courtroom. Prior to joining Shaheen & Gordon, she practiced law in Portsmouth and Nashua, New Hampshire where she represented families in complex divorce and parenting matters. In addition, Ms. Robinson assisted families with their estate planning needs to ensure their goals and wishes were met. She is actively involved in the New Hampshire Bar Association and is passionate about giving back to her community. Ms. Robinson received her B.A. degree, cum laude, from Saint Anselm College and J.D. degree from University of New Hampshire School of Law.
