FRITZ NISWANGER is the managing attorney of Niswanger Law LLC, in Monroe, Louisiana. Mr. Niswanger focuses his practice in the following areas: federal income and transfer tax planning, business entity formations and reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, trust and estate planning, and asset protection. He is certified as a tax law specialist by the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization.
