Michael W. Nalli
is the firm founder of Nalli, Elias & Associates, P.C., concentrating his law practice in the areas of estate planning, estate administration and related tax matters, elder law, guardianship, and real estate. He is a member of the Beaver County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association and is certified as an elder law attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation (NELF). Mr. Nalli earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Geneva College and his J.D. degree from Duquesne University.

Zachary Dolchin
is an attorney with Semanoff Ormsby Greenberg & Torchia, LLC., where he focuses his practice in all aspects of tax planning including preparing estate plans, guiding clients through estate administration, and advising businesses in various corporate matters. He earned his B.A. degree from Pennsylvania State University and his J.D. degree from Rutgers University School of Law. Mr. Dolchin is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, and the The Florida Bar.

Gerald R. Clarke
is a solo practitioner at Clarke and Associates, located in Glenside, Pennsylvania. He focuses his practice on wills, trusts and estates, estate administration, and personal and business income tax. Mr. Clarke also serves as general counsel to several medium size employees in the Eastern Montgomery County vicinity. He has significant experience representing clients on both sides of employment cases and now works exclusively with employees in dealing with issues that they may have with a current or former employer. Mr. Clarke earned his bachelor's degree from La Salle University and his J.D. degree from Temple University, James E. Beasley School of Law. He also obtained his CPA license and practiced as an accountant prior to becoming a lawyer. Mr. Clarke's financial background provides a unique perspective and detailed understanding of the tax ramifications of proposed estate planning scenarios. He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Rachel Hartman
is an attorney at Metz Lewis Brodman Must O'Keefe LLC, where she helps clients create strategies for generational wealth transfer, as well as tax and estate planning. She has particular strength and concentrates her practice on individual tax planning and compliance, tax controversy, and estate administration. Prior to joining Metz Lewis, Ms. Hartman worked on a specialized estate team within the wealth management tax services practice at PwC, focusing on estate, inheritance and fiduciary tax compliance. With her extensive tax knowledge, she is an integral part of the tax team that prepares and reviews tax returns to carry out the planning. Ms. Hartman earned her bachelor's degree from University of Pittsburgh; her master's degree from University of Pittsburgh, Katz Graduate School of Business; and her J.D. from Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University. She is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.
