AARON D. BUNDY is a trial lawyer at Fry & Elder. His trial practice includes family law and criminal defense, as well as select civil cases. Mr. Bundy's practice also includes appellate work. His post-law school training includes trial skills training and an advanced business valuation seminar, both taught by South Carolina trial lawyer Tim Madden at the National Family Law Trial Institute in Houston; multiple trial skills and cross-examination clinics taught by legendary trial lawyer Roger Dodd; the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers trial skills seminar in Denver, Colorado; and the annual jury selection training hosted by the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers in New Orleans. AMY PAGE is an attorney with Fry & Elder. Her focus is on appellate-level litigation in family law cases, as well as child support and paternity/parentage issues. Ms. Page's experience in these areas is extensive, with 16 years of practice in child support and parentage matters at every level of state court and over ten years of practice in family law appeals litigation. In 2007, she became the appellate counsel for the Child Support Services Division of Oklahoma's DHS, representing the division in all of its appellate litigation. In addition to representing the division in ongoing cases, Ms. Page drafted numerous state statutes related to child support and parentage and drafted many of the division’s subchapters of the Oklahoma Administrative Code. Ms. Page is an active member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, particularly the Family Law Section, where she has held numerous executive positions, include chair of Continuing Legal Education (2008) and chair of the Section (2009). She continues to serve as a member of the Executive Board, Annual Meeting Planning Committee, and Social Committee. She has been a mentor at the OBA FLS Trial Advocacy Institute and is the author of several chapters of the OBA FLS Practice Manual. Ms. Page has also served two terms on the OBA’s Access to Justice Committee. She completed the OBA's Leadership Academy in April 2010. Judge Youll has a long and prestigious law career in Tulsa. He has tried hundreds of criminal matters and can see all aspects of a case.
