AMBER D. AYRES is an attorney and owner of Morris Law, LLC, in Omaha where her practice is focused on family law and mediation, and criminal defense. Ms. Ayres is a member of the American Society of Legal Advocates, the National Association of Professional Women, and a member of the Concord Club and Omaha Service Club. She practices law in the federal and state courts of Nebraska and is bilingual and speaks both Spanish and English fluently. Ms. Ayres earned her B.A. degree from Brigham Young University and her J.D. degree from Creighton University School of Law.
LINDSAY BELMONT is an attorney with Koenig | Dunne, PC, LLO, where her practice is focused in family law. Ms. Belmont is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association's Family Law Section (treasurer, 2016-present), and the Omaha Bar Association. She earned her B.A. degree, with distinction, from the University of Kansas; and her J.D. degree, with distinction, from the University of Nebraska College of Law where she completed an individualized program of concentrated study in family law. Ms. Belmont was a presenter on “Case Analysis, Screening and Preparation” at the Nebraska State Bar Association Legal Skills Institute, August, 2017.
JESSICA P. DOUGLAS is a partner in the law firm of Schaefer Shapiro LLP, where she practices in the areas of criminal defense, juvenile law and family law. Ms. Douglas is a member of the Omaha, Nebraska State, Illinois State, American and Federal bar associations. In addition, she is a member of the Nebraska Criminal Defense Attorneys Association. Ms. Douglas earned her B.A. degree from Occidental College and her J.D. degree from Creighton University.
SCOTT V. HAHN is an attorney with Koenig | Dunne, PC, LLO, where his primary area of practice is family law, spending much of his career as an advocate for domestic violence and sexual assault survivors. He began his legal career working at Legal Aid of Nebraska and served as the client attorney at the Women's Center for Advancement in Omaha (formerly the YWCA). Mr. Hahn is one of few local attorneys to practice collaborative divorce as a member of the Nebraska Academy of Collaborative Professionals. He is an active member of the Nebraska State Bar Association and the Omaha Bar Association, and an alumni of the NSBA's Leadership Academy, Alpha Sigma Nu, and New Leaders Council. Mr. Hahn is also a member of the Robert M. Spire Inns of Court, and Nebraska Academy of Collaborative Professionals. He recently completed a two-year term as chair of the Nebraska State Bar Association's Subcommittee on Limited Scope Representation and remains as vice-chair of the subcommittee. Mr. Hahn gives presentations to the bar and general public alike on the benefits of limited scope representation, and the needs and concerns of self-represented litigants. In 2018, he was honored to be the recipient of the Omaha Bar Association's Champions of Law Award for his contributions in education.
MATTHEW K. STADLER is a partner with RG & Associates Certified Public Accountants, LLC. He has performed business valuation for many purposes, including, but not limited to, estate and gift tax, buying and selling a business, divorce and separation, succession planning, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Stadler has been involved in more than 200 valuations over his career and is accredited in business valuation through the AICP. He has been a CPA since 1998 and has been involved in business valuation since 2002. Mr. Stadler earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska-Kearney and his M.P.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
