HON. PAMELA A. FLEENOR is a judge in the Eleventh Judicial District of Tennessee, and she presides over Part 1 of the Chancery Court in Hamilton County.
KENT T. JONES is the owner and managing attorney at Jones & Associates, PC, where his practice includes all aspects of civil litigation, both state and federal, at the trial and appellate levels, with particular focus on personal injury, family law/divorce, criminal defense, corporate and insurance consultation and defense, and real estate. Mr. Jones also has 15 years of experience in insurance defense, workers' compensation (both defense and claimant's sides) and employment law. He received his B.A. degree, with honors, from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville; and his J.D. degree from the George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C., where he was a member of the Moot Court Board. He is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and Cleveland Bar Association' and is licensed to practice in all courts in the state of Tennessee, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
KENNETH R. LAWSON, owner of Ken Lawson Law, has been a practicing attorney in Tennessee since 1989 with a career that has focused on immigration, family law, and bankruptcy. Having been a victim of parental kidnapping that resulted in the long-term loss of his son, his practice is now predominantly family law, specifically fathers' rights. Mr. Lawson also has a strong background in law enforcement, both as a Wisconsin State Trooper and as a Maine Drug Enforcement Agent, giving him a long history of working with complex issues. He received his J.D. degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School, Madison and is admitted to the Tennessee State Bar.
KEVIN W. SHEPHERD is the owner of Shepherd and Associates, PC, with an office located in Maryville, Tennessee. He practices in the areas of family law, divorce, personal injury, criminal defense, appellate practice, and general practice. Mr. Shepherd is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and is a well-received speaker at legal seminars. He earned his B.S. degree from LeTourneau University in Longview, Texas and his J.D. degree from The University of Tennessee at Knoxville.
PATRICK SLAUGHTER is the managing partner with the Law Offices of LaFevor & Slaughter in Knoxville, where he focuses his practice in family law, immigration and criminal defense. Mr. Slaughter is a member of the Tennessee and Knoxville bar associations, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He has been selected to Super Lawyers Rising Stars for 2018. Mr. Slaughter earned his B.A. degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and his J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from Lincoln Memorial University.
