ANDREA L. CIOBANU is the managing attorney at Ciobanu Law, P.C., in Indianapolis, Indiana. She represents clients throughout Indiana in civil litigation matters, including commercial and business, defamation, family and domestic relations, protective orders, civil rights and ADA compliance, as well as appellate matters. A seasoned litigator, Ms. Ciobanu has argued before the Southern and Northern District of Indiana Federal Courts, the Indiana Court of Appeals, the Indiana Supreme Court, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. She is also a trained registered civil, domestic, and elder mediator; guardian ad litem; and parenting coordinator. Ms. Ciobanu is also a trained collaborative law professional. She is a frequent writer and speaker on such topics such as mediation, family and domestic relations, appeals, and civil rights. Ms. Ciobanu has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star every year since 2013. She was awarded with the 2013 Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of LawÂ Early Career Achievement Award and the 2018 Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law Public Interest Award. Ms. Ciobanu is a 2012 Indiana State Bar Association Leadership Develop Academy Graduate and a 2016 Stanley K. Lacy Series Leadership Graduate. She teaches introductory law classes and legal ethics courses for undergraduates at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. Ms. Ciobanu earned her B.A. and her M.P.A. degrees, both summa cum laude, from Indiana University, followed by earning her J.D. degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.

D. ELIZABETH COX joined Kids' Voice of Indiana as an attorney for the Guardian ad Litem and Children's Law Center programs in January 2018. Prior to her admission to the bar, she served the legal community as a paralegal and later as an analyst for the Office of the Indiana Attorney General Consumer Protection Division. In 2011, Ms. Cox and law partner, Colin Koons, opened Cox & Koons, LLP, with a mission to provide affordable legal representation to modest means clients across the state. She has been a volunteer GAL for more than ten years, many of which have been for Kids' Voice. Currently, Ms. Cox volunteers as a GAL with Kids' Voice and with the Brown County CASA program. She is a graduate of Franklin College and received her J.D. degree from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. Ms. Cox is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, serving on a number of committees, and is also a member of the Brown County Bar Association.
CHRISTINE DOUGLAS is the founding member of KEATING DOUGLAS. She practices solely in the area of family law and is a Certified Family Law Specialist, as certified by the Family Law Certification Board. Ms. Douglas helps individuals resolve a variety of issues that arise in non-traditional and traditional families. Her practice includes: adoptions, custody disputes, domestic partnership agreements, divorces, grandparent visitation, guardianships, parenting time enforcement, paternity cases and premarital agreements. She has extensive mediation and trial experience and completed the American Bar Associations Family Law Trial Advocacy program. Ms. Douglas has been practicing for more than 20 years managing complex family law matters. Additionally, she is a trained collaborative law attorney, parenting coordinator and guardian ad litem and prefers seeking holistic resolutions in family law matters. She received her B.A. degree from Purdue University and earned her J.D. degree from Valparaiso University School of Law.
MELANIE REICHERT joined the Family Law Group at Broyles Kight & Ricafort, PC, in August 2004. With training in mediation and collaborative law ("no court divorce"), she emphasizes making every effort to resolve family conflict without costly and devastating litigation. However, she also is an experienced litigator who frequently assists clients in hearings addressing complicated custody matters, jurisdictional issues, child and spousal support, allegations of child abuse or neglect, allegations of domestic violence, and property distribution. Ms. Reichert advocates for children as a volunteer guardian ad litem in both Marion and Hamilton counties and previously served as a part time judicial officer in Marion County Circuit Court (Paternity Division). She was featured in the Indianapolis Star and Indiana Lawyer in December 2001 for activities as commissioner. Ms. Reichert is a frequent national and local speaker on collaborative law, adoption, custody and family law issues. She served as the chair of the Family Law Section of the Indianapolis Bar Association, president of the Hamilton County Bar Association, president of the Central Indiana Association of Collaborative Professionals, and secretary of AFCC-Indiana Chapter. Ms. Reichert was recognized by Indiana Lawyer in November 2014 for her efforts to grow collaborative law in central Indiana. Ms. Reichert earned her B.A. degree, with honors, from Millikin University and her J.D. degree, with honors, from the Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis.
