JORDAN C. BUTLER is an attorney with Carlile Patchen & Murphy LLP. Mr. Butler focuses his practice on tax advice and planning, business transactions, real estate transactions, and other commercial matters. He has experience with drafting and negotiating asset and equity purchase agreements, real estate purchases, income tax settlements, lease agreements, and a variety of other business contracts.
