SCOTT B. COCKRUM is a partner with Lewis Brisbois and is a member of the general liability practice group. Mr. Cockrum has extensive and varied litigation experience. He is frequently before Indiana state and federal courts in a variety of cases, handling declaratory judgment, bad faith, UIM, and breach of contract claims and other actions for insurers. Mr. Cockrum further represents defendants in a variety of litigation matters, including health care providers in medical malpractice cases. He is a past adjunct professor at Calumet College of St. Joseph. JENNIFER E. MICHAEL L. SCHULTZ is a partner with Parr Richey Frandsen Patterson Kruse LLP. He concentrates his practice on representing commercial and residential policyholders in high risk, high value disputes over insurance claims and claim handling. He frequently litigates large property damage cases involving claims of breach of the insurance agreements and bad faith by insurance companies, as well as claims against third parties for personal injuries and property damage.
