Speaker bio
Kristin Moye
J.D., LL.M., is an attorney and business owner who love advising law firms about how to start, run, and manage an ethical (and profitable) practice. Ms. Moye also owns Windrose Law Center, an estate planning and business law firm. Prior to opening Windrose Law Center, she spent a number of years working at the State Bar of Arizona advising lawyers and staff about running and maintaining an ethical law practice. In addition to her work as a practicing attorney, Ms. Moye enjoys teaching and has extensive experience in legal education. Following law school, she earned her LL.M. from Pepperdine, where she wrote her thesis on best practices in legal education. Thereafter, Ms. Moye worked at the Arizona Supreme Court developing training for judges, judicial officers and court staff. She has been teaching in higher education for the last twelve years in both undergraduate paralegal programs, and as an adjunct professor.
