Kelsey M. Barber is an associate in Ansell Grimm & Aaron, PC’s litigation department located in Ocean, New Jersey. She devotes her practice to general civil litigation, contract law, catastrophic tort, complex business litigation and appellate cases. Ms. Barber earned her B.A. degree from Stockton University and her J.D. degree from Rutgers Law School. During law school, she was an editor of the

Josh Bauchner is a partner with Ansell Grimm & Aaron, PC, where he is co-chair of the litigation department, head of the cannabis law practice group, and a member of the community association law and bankruptcy practice groups. His areas of concentration include complex commercial, class action, bankruptcy-related, and securities litigation, including enforcing commercial lease agreements, guaranties, purchase and sale contracts, and commission agreements; litigating partnership disputes; defending against class-actions arising from alleged violations of consumer protection and related statutes; litigating claims arising from bad faith denial of insurance coverage; and defending against commercial foreclosure actions. Stacey D. Udell is a principal and the mid-atlantic regional director of HBK Cannabis Solutions, a team of specialists focused on the business challenges of cannabis companies. She has been involved in the various accounting-related aspects of the cannabis industry since 2014. Ms. Udell has provided a wide range of services in the industry in multiple states, including overseeing accounting functions and monitoring companies’ balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flow, and KPIs. Her experience in business valuation, forensic accounting, economic damages, and litigation support services spans more than 25 years. Ms. Udell has helped cannabis industry clients before obtaining their license, new operators and experienced operators, buyers and sellers of cannabis businesses, and those involved in litigation matters. Ms. Udell earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Delaware. Alfonso M. Vilaboa is a junior partner and international business lawyer at Day & Associates, LLC. He has experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, finance, and antitrust, and has advised a wide-range of public and private companies both in the U.S. and abroad. Furthermore, Mr. Vilaboa’s experience includes representing energy and infrastructure clients, where he has participated in transactions involving the financing, construction and operation of renewable energy generation facilities (solar and wind).
