Louis R. Cohan founded Cohan Law Group, L.L.C., and has been a trial lawyer for more than 25 years. Mr. Cohan has done work in breach of contract, fraud, injunctive relief, punitive damages, employment, trade secrets, real estate, construction and construction defects, and civil rights litigation. His practice is concentrated on business litigation and employment litigation. Mr. Cohan serves on the boards of the Atlanta Bar Association (treasurer, Litigation Section, chair, Small Firm Section), and the Atlanta Bar Foundation, as well as being a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). He earned his B.S. degree from the University of Georgia and his J.D. degree from Emory School of Law.
Leslie K. Eason is the co-managing partner of the Atlanta office, the office managing partner of the Birmingham office, and the office managing partner of the Jackson office of Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP, where she has a national litigation practice focusing on employment law, torts and products liability, and commercial disputes. Her employment practice centers on assisting corporate entities with all aspects of employment-related business operations, including the creation and implementation of policies and procedure, training for staff and supervisors, administrative investigations, mediation, litigation, trial, and appeal. Ms. Eason's also represents clients against wage-and-hour claims, discrimination claims, and disability claims. Anthony R. Yanez is of counsel with Wargo French LLP, where he concentrates his practice on consumer finance and commercial litigation matters. He has experience with commercial disputes, enforcement of commercial loan documents, consumer financial services, catastrophic personal injury and premises liability actions, probate litigation, and all aspects of civil litigation. As a member of the consumer financial services team, Mr. Yanez also regularly represents lenders and financial institutions in a variety of consumer finance litigation matters in federal and state court, including disputes under TILA, RESPA, FCRA, ECOA and FDCPA, state law UDAP claims; and a variety of common law claims. He is admitted to practice in Florida, and before U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida; U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida; and United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
