Julius Blattner is the founder and managing attorney of the Blattner Family Law Group. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Salisbury University and earned his law degree, graduating Cum Laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law. To further his education, Mr. Blattner graduated from Liberty University with a Master of Arts in Human Services Counseling, with a concentration in Family and Marital Counseling. He is a combat veteran with almost 20 years of service and is still serving our country as a legal advisor in the Maryland Army National Guard as a Judge Advocate. David Diggs has represented clients in all areas of personal injury litigation for more than thirty years. He is a long time member of Maryland Association for Justice, where he served as president in 2016 and 2017. Mr. Diggs is also a past president of American Association for Justice’s Council of Presidents. He represents clients in divorce actions, child custody, visitation, and support cases, adoptions, guardianships and paternity proceedings. Mr. Diggs is trained in the mediation of family law disputes and serves as a mediator for the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. He is also trained in collaborative law. Lynndolyn T Mitchell is the owner of the Law Office of Lynndolyn T. Mitchell P.C., in Rockville, Maryland.
