Kathryn M. Cimera is an attorney at Mallor Grodner LLP, in Indianapolis, Indiana. Ms. Cimera focuses her practice on advising and counseling employers on compliance with federal, state and local employment, equal opportunity laws, and benefit laws; as well as complaints involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful discharge. She has experience with ERISA Compliance and fiduciary obligations and board governance practices. Ms. Cimera is admitted to practice in Indiana and California, and before the U.S District Court for the Northern District of Indiana and the U.S District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. She earned her B.A. degree from Indiana University and her J.D. degree from Pepperdine University School of Law. She also currently serves as an adjunct faculty member at Indiana University, teaching employment law through the School of Public and Environmental Affairs.

John R. Panico is a labor and employment attorney with the Indianapolis and Salt Lake City firm of Panico Law LLC. He concentrates his practice in employment litigation in federal and state court, and before Fair Employment Practice administrative agencies. Mr. Panico is admitted to practice law in Indiana, Utah and California, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals. He is an employment mediator and arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Michigan Employment Relations Commission and the Indiana Education Employment Relations Board. Mr. Panico has served as labor and employment counsel for the City of San Diego, Magnesium Corporation of America and has held senior-level corporate labor relations and human resources positions in manufacturing, health care, mining, mass transit, higher education, service and utilities organizations, in both the public and private sectors. He earned his B.A. degree from the State University of New York, College at Old Westbury; his Master of Science, with distinction, from New York Institute of Technology, and his J.D. degree from Irvine University School of Law.

Michael J. Progar is a partner and founding member of Doherty & Progar LLC, with more than 40 years of experience in representing the interests of insurance companies, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations. As lead counsel, he has tried more than 50 jury trials to verdict. Mr. Progar practices primarily in the areas of personal injury, employment law, and insurance coverage. He is admitted to practice in the states of Wisconsin, Indiana, and Illinois. Mr. Progar earned his B.A degree from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D. degree from DePaul University College of Law.
