Louis R. Cohan founded Cohan Law Group, L.L.C., and has been a trial lawyer for more than 25 years. Mr. Cohan has done work in breach of contract, fraud, injunctive relief, punitive damages, employment, trade secrets, real estate, construction and construction defects, and civil rights litigation. His practice is concentrated on business litigation and employment litigation. He serves on the boards of the Atlanta Bar Association (treasurer, Litigation Section; chair, Small Firm Section) and the Atlanta Bar Foundation, as well as being a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). Mr. Cohan earned his B.S. degree from the University of Georgia and his J.D. degree from Emory School of Law.

Genelle Franklin is an attorney with Fridie Law Group LLC. She concentrates her practice in civil rights, employment law and municipal liability matters. Ms. Franklin represents municipalities, school districts and police departments in various claims made and suits brought against them. She earned her B.S. degree from Hampton University and her J.D. degree from Penn State University Dickinson School of Law.

David A. Rapuano is a partner with Archer & Greiner P.C., where he concentrates his practice in representing management in all areas of labor and employment law. Mr. Rapuano's practice involves client counseling to ensure compliance with all aspects of labor and employment law. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of New Jersey; the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania; the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey; and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Rapuano is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Camden County Bar Association. He earned his B.A. degree from Brown University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame Law School.
