Amy Amundsen has dealt with a variety of highly complex issues, including cases involving extensive business, trusts, and personal assets along with the delicate issues surrounding child custody matters. She is a diplomate in the American College of Family Trial Lawyers, which comprises of only 100 family law trial attorneys across the United States. Kovacs is a sole practitioner with Patricia Ann Kovacs Attorney at Law in Toledo, Ohio, where her areas of practice include bankruptcy and debtors for individuals and businesses. Jennie L. Osborne is an attorney with Einhorn Barbarito Frost & Botwinick, P.C., where her main area of practice is matrimonial law. David Schaffer is the principal of Schaffer Family Law, LTD, in Naperville. Mr. Schaffer has been an attorney for more than 26 years and practices exclusively in the area of family law. He is vice president of the Illinois Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and chair of its highly praised Continuing Legal Education Committee. John Whitbeck is the founder and majority shareholder with Whitbeck Bennett in Leesburg, Virginia. He focuses his practice on family law, criminal law, mental health law, civil litigation, and many other areas. He has also been certified as an expert witness in litigation. Mr. Whitbeck is an adjunct professor of law at George Mason University Law School teaching mental illness law and is the director of the George Mason University Law and Mental Illness Clinic. He has served as substitute judge in Virginia District Court, hearing civil and criminal matters, including family law cases. Mr. Whitbeck also served as a special justice for civil commitment hearings in the Twentieth Judicial Circuit as well, which requires him to sit as a "judge" for hearings to commitment mentally ill individuals to psychiatric treatment. Tifanne E. Wolter is an attorney with Henningson & Snoxell Ltd. She has practiced family law exclusively for more than a decade. Ms. Wolter has assisted a wide array of clients with divorce, custody, paternity, child support, third party custody, parenting time, and domestic abuse matters. She is trained in collaborative divorce and mediation, and, upon graduating from law school, she obtained a certificate in dispute resolution from Hamline University School of Law. After earning her Juris Doctorate degree, Ms. Wolter worked for Legal Aid and helped victims of domestic abuse and low-income clients with family law issues.
