Trent Coggins is an instructor of business law at Valdosta State University and Mercer University. He earned his B.A and M.B.A. degrees from Mercer University, his J.D. degree from Mercer University - Walter F. George School of Law and his LL.M. degree (Business Transactions/Tax) from University of Alabama.
Louis R. Cohan founded Cohan Law Group, L.L.C., and has been a trial lawyer for more than 25 years. Mr. Cohan has done work in breach of contract, fraud, injunctive relief, punitive damages, employment, trade secrets, real estate, construction and construction defects, and civil rights litigation. His practice is concentrated on business litigation and employment litigation. He serves on the boards of the Atlanta Bar Association (treasurer-Litigation Section, chair-Small Firm Section), and the Atlanta Bar Foundation, as well as being a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). Mr. Cohan earned his B.S. degree from the University of Georgia and his J.D. degree from Emory School of Law.
Joseph C. Mandarino is an attorney with the law firm of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP. His practice focuses primarily on tax and financial planning. Mr. Mandarino writes and speaks extensively on a wide range of business, tax and finance topics. He has published over 100 articles in journals and in-house newsletters, and has participated in over 200 presentations and seminars. His articles have appeared in the

Harry Teichman is a partner with Taylor English Duma LLP. Mr. Teichman brings nearly 25 years of experience to Taylor English as a trusted resource for tax, corporate and estate planning clients. A partner in the firm’s Tax Practice, Mr. Teichman supports clients in a variety of services, including franchising, corporate structuring, wills/trusts, leases, employment agreements and succession planning. He has extensive experience representing real estate developers, startup fundraisers, not-for-profits, franchise and multi-unit business owners, and doctors and other professionals. Mary Trachian-Bradley is a Senior Litigation Associate at Briskin, Cross & Sanford, LLC with extensive trial experience. She specializes in litigation relating to all corporate law matters, including but not limited to: FLSA claims, Contract Disputes, Shareholder Derivative Actions, Franchise law, Landlord/Tenant law, Homeowner Association Law and all matters relating to partnerships and corporations. Ms. Trachian-Bradley received her J.D. degree from the Florida International University - College of Law, where she acted as Vice President of Moot Court and a Law Review Editor. She is a member of DRI - The Voice of the Defense Bar, Armenian Bar Association, Georgia Bar Association and the Florida Bar Association. Ms. Trachian-Bradley is admitted to practice in Georgia and Florida.
