Kabara Korth Praskavich is a partner in the law firm of Maddox & Gerock, P.C., in Falls Church, Virginia. Bretta Z. Lewis is an attorney with the Virginia Beach law firm of Wolcott Rivers Gates, where she specializes in complex family law and equitable distribution matters. She has been certified as a guardian ad litem for children since 2005 and frequently represents children in cases of abuse, neglect, and high conflict custody cases. Ms. Lewis is an adjunct law professor at the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William & Mary, a faculty member of the Harry L. Carrico Professionalism Course required of all new Virginia lawyers, and serves on the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board as an immediate past member. She has served as a faculty member for Virginia CLE, the Virginia State Bar, the Virginia Employment Law Association, the Virginia Beach Juvenile Court, the Virginia Beach Bar Association, the Norfolk Portsmouth Bar Association, National Business Institute, the Inns of Court, and the Tidewater Paralegal Association. She holds a B.A. degree in history from the University of Virginia, a master's degree in English from George Mason University, and a J.D. degree from William & Mary.
Kristopher T. Smull is an experienced family lawyer with the law firm of Colgan & Associates, LLC. He is experienced in all areas of family law and serves clients in Dauphin, Cumberland, Lebanon, Lancaster, Perry, York, Adams and Franklin counties. Mr. Smull is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section, Dauphin County Bar Association Family Law Section, and Cumberland County Bar Association Family Law Section. He earned his undergraduate degree from Temple University and his law degree from Widener University School of Law.
