Zachary B Pyers is a partner in the Columbus, Ohio, office of Reminger Co., L.P.A., and is licensed to practice in Ohio, West Virginia and the District of Columbia. His practice focuses on civil litigation, including complex litigation, corporate and commercial litigation, professional liability, and general liability. Mr. Pyers has represented numerous professions in professional liability claims, including attorneys, accountants, architects, engineers, surveyors, builders, insurance agents, and investment advisors. He is an adjunct professor at Capital University Law School, where he teaches courses in depositions, e-discovery, and the school's mock trial competition team. Mr. Pyers earned his LL.M. degree, in business, at Capital University Law School. He earned his B.B.A. degree from Ohio University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Capital University Law School.

Theodore Sporer is a veteran trial lawyer with over 37 years of trial experience. Mr. Sporer is a general practice trial lawyer with focus on family law, consumer credit, defamation, and civil rights litigation. He has litigated cases in several states and federal jurisdictions. He practices primarily in the areas of consumer, commercial and civil rights litigation, including most aspects of federal Title 15, Chapter 41 and Title 42, chapters 21 through 21F litigation. Mr. Sporer has provided legislative advice on consumer and civil rights protection to various congressional, gubernatorial, and legislative campaign. Mr. Sporer has served as a continuing education instructor in the areas of consumer credit, commercial, and civil rights litigation. Mr. Sporer earned his B.A. degree and M.A. degree from University of Iowa, a M.F.A. degree from Norwich University and his J.D. degree from Drake University Law School. He is a member of the Polk County, Iowa State, and the American bar associations.
