Courtney David Mills is a Partner with Riley Bennett & Egloff LLP where his practice is focused on medical malpractice defense and general litigation defense for health care providers. He represents hospitals, long term care facilities, physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, clinics, and other healthcare providers in the defense of medical negligence claims. He is a graduate of the Indiana University McKinney School of Law and earned the rank of Eagle Scout with the Boy Scouts of America.
Brett A Panter is the founding and principal partner in the Miami law offices of Panter, Panter & Sampedro, P.A. Mr. Panter is a board certified civil trial lawyer by The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education. Since 1984, he has primarily practiced in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, products liability, nursing home neglect, aviation litigation, and premises liability. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and his J.D. degree from the University of Miami. Mr. Panter is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and has recorded his closing arguments for the Million Dollar National Closing Arguments program. He has lectured on trial issues for National Business Institute, the Institute for Paralegal Education (IPE), Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, and other professional groups.
Alfred W Schneble III is an attorney in Dayton, Ohio. His practice areas include personal injury, medical and legal malpractice, wrongful death, and civil rights. Mr. Schneble has served as an expert witness in federal and state cases on the reasonableness of attorney’s fees, as well as ethics/professional negligence. He is a member of the Dayton, Cincinnati, and Ohio State bar associations; and The Florida Bar. Mr. Schneble serves as an adjunct professor of law for the University of Cincinnati College of Law. He is licensed to practice in all courts in the states of Ohio and Florida, as well as before the local U.S. District and Bankruptcy courts, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the U.S. Tax Court in Washington, D.C. Mr. Schneble earned his B.S. degree from Marquette University and J.D. degree from Ohio Northern University.
