Todd R. DeVallance is the managing partner with Tsai Law Company, PLLC. He focuses his practice on estate planning and complex family law matters, which includes: high asset dissolutions; cases involving business owners, partners, and shareholders; division of restricted stock units and tax deferred accounts; drafting of prenuptial and postnuptial agreements; and mediating family law matters. He is a frequent speaker at CLEs and seminars on the topic of tax consequences associated with divorce. Mr. DeVallance has appeared on The Today Show, Fox News Fox & Friends, ABC News, Anderson Cooper, and has provided legal analysis on national high-profile cases. He is licensed to practice before the United States Tax Court and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. DeVallance earned his B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from Chaminade University, his J.D. degree from Gonzaga University School of Law, and his LL.M. degree in taxation from the University of Washington School of Law.

Kabara Korth Praskavich is a partner in the law firm of Maddox & Gerock, P.C., in Falls Church, Virginia. She has experience working on all types of family law issues and leading clients through custody, support, property/debt division, divorce, modifications, and enforcement actions and tailors her approach to each specific case. Ms. Praskavich especially enjoys working on cases involving business division and other complex assets, and takes pride in ensuring her clients understand the process and law. She received her B.A. degree from the University of Chicago and her J.D. degree from Georgetown University Law Center. Ms. Praskavich is a member of the Northern Virginia Chapter of the Virginia Women Attorneys Association, Fairfax Bar Association, and Virginia State Bar.

Jenna C. Spatz is a partner in the Barnett Law Group in Los Angeles. Ms. Spatz is an experienced attorney, specializing in Family Law matters, including divorce, high conflict custody and visitation, high earner support matters, complex property issues, parentage (paternity) actions, and domestic violence restraining order proceedings. She is a Certified Family Law Specialist, certified by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization. Ms. Spatz is also qualified, and has been appointed by several Courts, to serve as Minor's Counsel to represent children in high conflict custody and visitation matters. She is a member of the Association of Certified Family Law Specialists, the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, the Beverly Hills Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. She earned her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Southern California, and her J.D. degree from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles.
