Erin K Brignola is an attorney, with the law firm of Gellert, Scali, Busenkell & Brown LLC where she manages the Delaware office with her primary focus on consumer bankruptcy. Caleb A Faulkner is an attorney with Boyd Fernambucq & Dunn PC where is practice consists of litigation throughout Central and North Alabama. He represents clients in divorce actions, as well as in post-divorce modification and/or enforcement proceedings. Tigran Palyan is a founding partner of Storm Palyan LLP. Mr. Palyan is a Certified Family Law Specialist, and practices family law exclusively. He has served on the Executive Committee of the Family Law Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association since 2013. Prior to founding Storm Palyan LLP, Mr. Palyan ran his own solo practice at Palyan Law APC, prior to which Mr. Palyan spent many years as an attorney at Trope and Trope LLP, one of the largest family law firms in the country. He is a graduate of the National Family Law Trial Institute in Huston, Texas. Prior to joining the private practice, Mr. Palyan served as a judicial law clerk/research attorney for five Stanley Mosk Court family law judges (two of whom who went on to become the Supervising Family Law Judge for Los Angeles County), in addition to holding several coveted judicial externships during law school, including one with the Ninth Circuit United States Court of Appeals. As a research attorney, Mr. Palyan researched and recommended rulings on hundreds of family law proceedings. He provided legal research, analysis, and a recommendation to family law judges hearing motions, Requests for Orders, and Orders to Show Cause. Mr. Palyan teaches as an adjunct professor at Southwestern Law School. He currently teaches Family Law Practice and Procedure, having previously taught the International Law Journal Seminar, and Civil Pre-trial Practice. He has been published numerous times, including a Law Review article he authored on privacy that has been cited in the Journal of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) among numerous other publications. Mr. Palyan graduated in the top ten percent of his class, having served both on law review and moot court, and earned the highest grade in several classes throughout law school. Mr. Palyan also serves on the Board of Governors for the Armenian Bar Association. He has received numerous honors and awards, including recognition as a Southern California Super Lawyers "Rising Star" every year since 2014 through 2022, and recognition from Los Angeles County Supervisor, Michael D. Antonovich, and a certificate of recognition from U.S. House of Representatives, Congressman Adam Schiff.
