John R Panico is a labor and employment attorney with the Indianapolis and Salt Lake City firm of Panico Law LLC. He concentrates his practice in employment litigation in federal and state court, and before Fair Employment Practice administrative agencies. Mr. Panico is admitted to practice law in Indiana, Utah and California and before the U.S. Court of Appeals. He is an employment mediator and arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Michigan Employment Relations Commission and the Indiana Education Employment Relations Board. Mr. Panico has served as labor and employment counsel for the City of San Diego, Magnesium Corporation of America and has held senior-level corporate labor relations and human resources positions in manufacturing, health care, mining, mass transit, higher education, service and utilities organizations, in both the public and private sectors. He earned his B.A. degree from the State University of New York, College at Old Westbury; his Master of Science, with distinction, from New York Institute of Technology; and his J.D. degree from Irvine University School of Law.
Michael J Progar is a partner and founding member of Doherty & Progar LLC, with nearly 40 years of experience in representing the interests of insurance companies, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations. As lead counsel, he has tried more than 50 jury trials to verdict. Mr. Progar practices primarily in the areas of personal injury, insurance coverage, fraud, excess liability, and bad faith. He is admitted to practice in the states of Wisconsin, Indiana and Illinois, and is a member of the Defense Research Institute, the CLM, and Wisconsin Defense Counsel. Mr. Progar received his B.A degree from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D. degree from DePaul University College of Law.
