Noel D Humphreys is of counsel with Connell Foley LLP, where he limits his practice to business transactions, lending transactions, organizational governance and intellectual property. Mr. Humphreys is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York and before the U.S. District Court of New Jersey and the U.S. District Court of New York (Eastern and Southern). He earned his B.A. degree from DePauw University, his M.S.J. degree from Columbia University and his J.D. degree from Harvard University.
Roger J McClure is a practicing attorney with Washington Wealth Counsellors® PC, and has more than 35 years of experience. He maintains a business, estate and charitable planning law practice based in Virginia. He has conducted civil and criminal trials in local courts, represented creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, and litigated antitrust and trade regulation cases involving the largest corporations in America in federal regulatory proceedings. Mr. McClure served 10 years in the Virginia legislature (House of Delegates) and is past president of the Northern Virginia Estate Planning Council and the Northern Virginia Apartment Association. He has published books and articles in ABA publications. Through WealthCounsel and his professional associations, he works with professionals in every state to assist their clients in solving problems and enhancing planning. Mr. McClure holds an undergraduate degree in international studies; a master's degree in political science from Northwestern University; and his J.D. degree, with honors, from The Ohio State University Law School.
Christopher Pike is an attorney with Gantenbein Law Firm in Denver, Colorado, practicing in business and real estate. Mr. Pike has extensive business and commercial and residential real estate litigation and transactional experience, including negotiating and drafting commercial transactions, and technology related agreements across a broad spectrum of industries. His background includes a keen perspective and skill in business formation, business and franchise sales, corporate governance matters, business contracts, on-line commerce, selling and/or exiting a business and more. He has an extensive history of successfully drafting and conducting company-wide training on equal employment and anti-discrimination policies and procedures. His past real estate litigation cases include construction defect cases, property damage, real estate non-disclosure and class-action lawsuits against unlicensed contractors. Mr. Pike also has expansive experience in transactional real estate matters, including foreclosure defense. He received his J.D. degree from the University of California, Hastings College of Law and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Utah.
