CRISTINA M. OFFENBERG, Esq. is a partner at the law firm of Silva, Thomas, Martland & Offenberg, Ltd., in Middletown, Rhode Island. She has been practicing law for 28 years in Rhode Island and her main areas of practice include real estate, business, probate, estate planning and elder law. Ms. Offenberg earned her B.A. degree at Rhode Island College and her J.D. degree at University of NH School of Law (formerly known as Franklin Pierce Law Center). She is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association, currently is the legal counsel for Greater Newport Chamber of Commerce, member of the Estate Planning Council of RI, and member of the Collaborative for Advocacy and Referrals for Elders. In her practice, she advises client on estate planning, probate practice and guardianships, and she has personally served as a fiduciary in numerous matters in the capacity of executrix, Administratrix, trustee, and guardian.
