WILLIAM M. DAVIS is an attorney with Bovis, Kyle, Burch & Medlin, LLC where he defends businesses and professionals in a variety of contract and tort claims. His practice areas include professional negligence, transportation litigation, catastrophic accidents, legal malpractice, medical malpractice, nursing home liability, premises liability, products liability, contractual obligations and insurance coverage. Mr. Davis earned his B.S. degree from Auburn University and his J.D. degree from Louisiana State University. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, State Bar of Louisiana, DRI and Georgia Defense Lawyers Association. PATRICK S. REAMES joined Bovis, Kyle, Burch and Medlin, LLC in 2020 as a member of the firm's general litigation group. His practice focus is primarily in the areas of insurance defense and coverage litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Reames worked for another Atlanta area defense firm and clerked for a Georgia State Court Judge. His experience includes handling cases involving: coverage disputes, premises liability, auto, trucking, construction defect, and contractual disputes. He graduated cum laude from Georgia Southern University with a degree in Economics. He attended Georgia State College of Law having received the GSU Academic Foundation Scholarship. Mr. Reames is a member of the Georgia Bar and the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association.
