He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, The Florida Bar, the Cleveland Estate Planning Council, and the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys. Mr. Casey received his B.A. degree from Walsh University in 2011 where he majored in both accountancy and finance. He earned his M.B.A. degree from the University Of Akron College of Business Administration, and his J.D. degree from the University of Akron School Of Law.
JARED HOOVER is an attorney with David J Simmons & Associates, LLC. He practices in the areas of estate planning, trusts, and probate. Mr. Hoover is a certified public accountant. He earned his B.S. degree from Case Western University and his J.D. degree from Case Western University School of Law.
KEVIN S. LIPMAN is a partner of the firm Spitz & Lipman, LLC, Cleveland, Ohio where he practices in the areas of elder law, estate planning, estate and trust administration, guardianship administration, special needs and Medicaid planning, real estate, and small business succession planning.
