GARY BOYLE is the founder of Boyle and Freudenheim in Santa Fe, where his practice is focused in corporate law, family law and litigation. Mr. Boyle currently serves as the virtual general counsel for ADL High Voltage, Inc. (Texas); EnergyComNetwork, Inc. d/b/a PayGo Utilities (Georgia), Flask, Inc. (New Mexico), and Environmental Conscience, LLC (New Mexico) and maintains an active litigation practice in New Mexico emphasizing family law. He is licensed to practice in the state courts of New Mexico, Texas, and Oklahoma; and in various federal courts including the U.S. Supreme Court. He earned his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Tulsa College of Law.
MARIA G. GEER is a partner in the Albuquerque law firm of Geer Wissel Levy & Hartwell P.A. Ms. Geer practices general civil law, with a focus on family law/domestic relations, personal injury, real estate, wills, and adoption law. She received a B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of New Mexico and a master’s degree and a J.D. degree from the University of New Mexico. She is a member of the New Mexico State Bar, U.S. District Court for the Tenth Circuit, and the New Mexico Federal District Court. Ms. Geer is also a member of the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association.
JOHN S. STIFF is the managing partner of Stiff, Keith & Garcia, LLC, where his main areas of practice are insurance, products liability, labor and employment, and litigation. He earned his B.A. degree from Colorado College and his J.D. degree from Tulane University. Mr. Stiff is a member of the Albuquerque and the American bar associations, the State Bar of New Mexico, the National Institute for Trial Advocacy, the Defense Research Institute, the New Mexico Defense Lawyers Association and the American Board of Trial Advocates.
R. E. THOMPSON is a shareholder/director with Modrall, Sperling, Roehl, Harris & Sisk PA. Mr. Thompson is an experienced practitioner in the area of civil litigation, primarily involving commercial disputes, products liability, class actions, malpractice, negligence, insurance, nursing homes and assisted living facilities. His experience also includes administrative law hearings, government relations and lobbying. Mr. Thompson is Board Certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the New Mexico Board of Legal Specialization. He has served as a U.S. Attorney for the District of New Mexico, a New Mexico state senator, a member of the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws and the U.S. Attorney General's Advisory Committee of U.S. Attorneys. Mr. Thompson has also served on the New Mexico Supreme Court committees, including the Rules of Evidence and the Rules of Civil Procedure. He is a Hearing Officer for the Disciplinary Board. Additionally, he has served as out-of-state liaison for the Board of Directors of the State Bar of Texas. Mr. Thompson is vice-chair of the Construction and Design Industry Service Group, and has served as chair of the firm's Tort, Product Liability and Class Actions Group. He previously served as president and chair of the firm's Executive Committee. Mr. Thompson received his B.B.A. degree from the University of Texas and his J.D. degree from the University of Texas School of Law.
