SUSAN BRATCHER is the principal attorney with Bratcher Legacy Estate Planning, LLC, where she practices in the areas of estate planning and bankruptcy. She earned her B.S.B.A. degree from Rockhurst University and her J.D. degree from Southern Methodist University, Dedmon Law School. Ms. Bratcher also attended Oxford University, University College, Oxford, England for a summer program for law school. She is licensed to practice law in Kansas, Missouri, the District of Kansas in Federal Court and the Western District of Missouri in Federal Court.
P. GLEN SMITH is the founder and lawyer at Lifescape Law & Development. Mr. Smith specializes in elder law, estate planning, special needs planning, mediation, and long-term care planning. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Academy of Special Needs Planners, and ElderCounsel. He is an accredited attorney by the Veterans Administration. Mr. Smith earned his MDiv degree from Nazarene Theological Seminary and his J.D. degree from University of Memphis-Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.
