CHRISTOPHER E. NICHOLS is an attorney with Webb Law Group, APC. He represents employers and employees involved in class action lawsuits, breach of contract disputes, and various other business-related matters. Additionally, he has experience in representing both employees and businesses in class action lawsuits, in both CLRA (consumer), and wage and hour claims. Mr. Nichols is experienced in all phases of civil litigation, including depositions, evidentiary hearings, and he had acted as lead trial counsel in numerous matters. He received his B.A. degree from the University of San Diego and his J.D. degree from the University of San Diego School of Law. Mr. Nichols is admitted to the State Bar of California and the United States District Courts for the Central and Eastern districts of California. He is a member of the American, San Diego, and Fresno County bar associations.
ROBERT L. REDIGER is a founding partner of Rediger Labor Law LLP, a law firm that limits its practice to representing companies in labor, employment, and wage and hour class action defense. He is an active rotarian and member of the Labor and Employment Law sections of the State Bar of California and the American, Sacramento (past chair), and New York State bar associations. In 2013, American Lawyer Media listed him in its Top Rated Lawyers in Labor and Employment Law. Since 2017, Sacramento Magazine listed him among the Top Lawyers in Sacramento. Since 2019, he has been included in the ranks of Super Lawyers. Mr. Rediger has litigated numerous employment-related cases in federal and state courts, many of which have resulted in precedent-setting decisions favorable to employers, and he has negotiated numerous collective bargaining agreements with labor unions, many on a multi-employer basis.
LENDEN F. WEBB is managing partner of Webb Law Group, APC, representing corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships in a wide array of matters, including breach of contract, business and partnership disputes, bad faith insurance disputes, class actions, employment, creditor collection issues, and general contract and business matters. He has taken cases to final verdict with success in both bench and jury trials in 18 Counties throughout California. Mr. Webb has two published works, "International BBB a la eBay," in the California Western International Law Journal and "Brainstorming Meets Online Dispute Resolution," with Columbia Law School. He authored two courses for the Department of Professional Studies at National University: 'Mediation Fundamentals", and "Workplace Communication and Conflict Resolution", and has served as both moderator and speaker on the subject of enforcing judgments. Mr. Webb serves as a judge pro tem. He is admitted and has practiced law in the State of California; the United States Supreme Court; the United States District Courts for the Southern, Northern and Eastern districts of California; the District of Colorado; and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit; and the United States Court of Appeal for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Webb is a member of the Fresno and San Diego County bar associations, and the American Bar Association. He earned his B.A. degree from Walla Walla College, his M.B.A. degree from University of Redlands, and his J.D. degree from California Western School of Law.
