DAVID J. ESTES is a partner with Estes & Madine, PLLC, where he practices law in the Phoenix/Scottsdale metropolitan area, with an emphasis on estate planning, estate and trust administration, and estate and trust litigation. Mr. Estes has been an author and lecturer for the State Bar of Arizona and the Maricopa County Bar Association (including state bar courses on lawyer professionalism and certified fiduciary training); he has been an editor of the Arizona Probate Code Practice Manual; he is a former chair of the Probate and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Arizona; and he has been a commissioner and judge pro tem in the probate court of the Maricopa County Superior Court. He received his J.D. degree from the University of California at Berkeley, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif; he obtained his undergraduate degree in business administration (accounting) from the University of Arizona, where he graduated with highest distinction.
MARION S. MADINE is a partner with Estes & Madine, PLLC, where she is directly involved in all aspects of the firm's work with clients on estate planning, estate and trust administration, estate and trust litigation, and guardianship and conservatorship matters. She obtained a postgraduate degree in legal practice from the University of Northumbria at Newcastle; a master's degree in law and business administration from the University of Ulster at Jordanstown; and a Bachelor of Laws (honors) degree from Queens University of Belfast, Northern Ireland. Ms. Madine became a licensed attorney in Arizona in May 2020. Since July 1, 2020, she has been practicing with David Estes as his law partner (after having worked with him as a legal assistant since 2006).
FRANCISCO P. SIRVENT is the founder and managing attorney of Keystone Law Firm & Wealth Partners where he practices in probate, estate and wealth planning, and family law. Mr. Sirvent is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, the Christian Legal Society, WealthCounsel, and the Maricopa County and American bar associations. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of Arizona and his J.D. degree from Arizona State University College of Law.
