MARK H. GOLDSTEIN is of counsel with the firm of Bailey Kennedy, LLP. He practices in the areas of real estate, business, and corporate law, working primarily on property and development issues for an array of clients, including corporations, partnerships and LLCs. Mr. Goldstein is a member of the state bars of Nevada and Wisconsin. He earned his B.B.A. degree, cum laude, from University of Wisconsin - Madison and his J.D. degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
PATRICIA LEE is a partner in the law firm Hutchison & Steffen PLLC, practicing primarily in business and commercial litigation, including, but not limited to, partnership/shareholder disputes, contract enforcement/defense, non-competition agreements, and commercial lease review and litigation, family law, trademark registration and litigation, collections, mechanic’s liens/foreclosures, and medical claims billing. She is the current president of the Las Vegas Chapter of the National Bar Association Foundation and was appointed by Governor Gibbons to serve as chair of the Nevada Crime Commission. Ms. Lee is currently on the Board of Directors for the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada and she was named Legal Aid's Pro Bono Attorney of the Year. She became the first Nevada attorney to receive the American Bar Association’s national Pro Bono Publico Award for her demonstrated outstanding commitment to volunteer legal services for the poor and disadvantaged. She earned two B.A. degrees from the University of Southern California and her J.D. degree from George Washington University Law School.
LEAH A. MARTIN is managing partner at Leah Martin Law. She brings many years of experience in all areas of business law, including preparing formation documents; drafting operating and shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, purchase and finance agreements, leases, surrender agreements, non-compete and non-disclosure agreements, and employment agreements; contract litigation; shareholder derivative suits; business dissolutions; and appellate matters. She has been a grader for the Nevada Bar Exam since 2008. Ms. Martin has chaired the Clark County Law Foundation Community Service Committee, having served on the committee since 2007. In addition to maintaining her own cases, she also has been an arbitrator on the Court Annexed Arbitration Program Panel since 2012. Ms. Martin is currently licensed with the State Bar of Nevada, and is certified to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Nevada, Clark County Bar Association, and Southern Nevada Association of Women Attorneys. Ms. Martin earned her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Nevada Las Vegas; and her J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Nevada Law Vegas School of Law.
JOSHUA A. SLIKER is an attorney with Jackson Lewis P.C., where his practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counsel. While attending law school, Mr. Sliker was an articles editor of IDEA: The Intellectual Property Law Review and participated in the Consumer and Commercial Practice Clinic. During his undergraduate studies, Mr. Sliker led several student organizations and was recognized for his leadership by the National Association for Campus Activities. Mr. Sliker is admitted to practice in Nevada, and before the state and federal courts of Utah. He is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and the Utah State Bar. Mr. Sliker earned his B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from The College at Brockport in Upstate New York and his J.D. degree from the University of New Hampshire School of Law.
