JASMINE J. ABOU-KASSEM, a partner at Spark Law, LLC, has been practicing since 2009. Prior to opening a solo practice in 2018, she was an associate attorney at Polsinelli PC, in the firm's commercial litigation, technology/data privacy, and trademark and copyright practice groups; and was in-house counsel at Hallmark Cards, Inc. and Crayola, LLC, where she practiced in the areas of business law; commercial litigation; commercial and technology transactions; trademark, copyright, and IP licensing; and data privacy. Ms. Abou-Kassem assists the firm's clients, both within and beyond the cannabis industry, in the areas of business law, business startup services and strategic planning, trademark, copyright, compliance, contracts, data privacy, intellectual property, and technology. She also assists with representing the firm's clients in various litigation and administrative law matters.
