SARA KINCAID is an attorney at Rocke Law Group, PLLC, representing clients in civil litigation and a variety of employment law matters. Her civil litigation practice focuses primarily on employment and commercial litigation. Ms. Kincaid also has experience in insurance defense, corporate employment-based immigration, and federal and state workers' compensation. She graduated from Baylor University, cum laude, with a B.A. degree in history and then earned her J.D. degree from Baylor University School of Law. Ms. Kincaid became a member of the State Bar of Texas in 2014. She practiced as an attorney in Texas, before moving to Washington in 2019 and becoming a member of the Washington State Bar Association.
