JAMES K. ANDRADE is a Senior Associate at Keystone Law Group, P.C. Prior to joining Keystone, he practiced at a boutique law firm in estate and trust litigation, estate and trust administration, estate planning, and general business advising. He has represented trustees, administrators, executors, beneficiaries, heirs, professional fiduciaries, and creditors in active litigation matters as well as administration of trusts and estates. Mr. Andrade received his bachelor's degree from the University of Kansas and his J.D. degree from Pepperdine University School of Law. He is a member of the State Bars of California and Texas.

ROEE KAUFMAN is a attorney at Keystone Law Group, P.C., a boutique law firm specializing in the areas of trust, estate and conservatorship litigation and administration. Mr. Kaufman has represented clients in a variety of capacities in connection with probate litigation matters, including beneficiaries, creditors, trustees, personal representatives and court-appointed conservators in a variety of probate disputes, including will contests, trust contests, 850 petitions, financial elder abuse claims, actions for removal and surcharge of fiduciaries, heirship claims, and Marvin actions, and in non-litigated probate and trust administration matters. Mr. Kaufman obtained his undergraduate degree from UCLA and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Pepperdine University School of Law. Mr. Kaufman has been selected as a Super Lawyer Rising Star for the last three years (2019-2021).

H. DANIEL LIVELY is the founder of The Lively Law Group, PC, in Newport Beach, where he is a full service tax and estate planning attorney, preparing trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and various other estate planning documents. Mr. Lively is a certified tax specialist by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization, and a certified public accountant in the state of California. He represents clients in tax controversy cases before the Internal Revenue Service, Franchise Tax Board, California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, and the Employment Development Department. He is admitted to practice in the state of California, the United States Tax Court, and the United States District Court. Mr. Lively has been selected for American Jurisprudence Awards in federal taxation, wills, and estate taxation. He earned his B.S. degree in accounting from California State University - Northridge, his J.D. degree from Western State University College of Law, and his LL.M. degree in taxation from Chapman University, School of Law.
