GARY DEWITT is the owner of DeWitt Law Firm, PLLC, where he helps individuals with estate and life planning for living, protecting, and passing by providing solid representation. He provides multiple services to clients including corporate services and support for businesses; estate planning, wills, trusts, power of attorney, medical power of attorney for individuals and families; general small business law; long term care, nursing home, Medicaid, charitable planning; charitable giving; special needs planning; disability planning; Medicaid emergency planning; probate; intestate succession; and general asset protection. Mr. DeWitt earned his B.S. degree in Computer Science from Oklahoma State University, his B.S. degree in Business Administration from Northwest Arkansas Community College, his J.D. degree from the University of Arkansas, and his LL.M. degree in Estate Planning and Elder Law from the University of Western New England.
JENNIFER E. GRAY is a partner with Watkins, Boyer, Gray & Curry, PLLC, where she practices in the areas of real estate law, construction law, lien law, estate planning, probate, commercial law, corporate law, and general civil litigation. Ms. Gray is a member of the Benton County Bar Association, the Arkansas Bar Association, and The Missouri Bar. She is an adjunct professor at Northwest Arkansas Community College where she teaches business law and wills, trusts and estates. Ms. Gray earned her B.S. degree from Oklahoma State University and her J.D. degree from the University of Arkansas.
H. DANIEL LIVELY is the founder of The Lively Law Group, PC, in Newport Beach, where he is a full service tax and estate planning attorney, preparing trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and various other estate planning documents. Mr. Lively is a Certified Tax Specialist by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization, and a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California. He represents clients in tax controversy cases before the Internal Revenue Service, Franchise Tax Board, California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, and the Employment Development Department. He is admitted to practice in the state of California, the United States Tax Court, and the United States District Court. Mr. Lively has been selected for American Jurisprudence Awards in Federal Taxation, Wills, and Estate Taxation. He earned his B.S. degree in accounting from California State University-Northridge, his J.D. degree from Western State University College of Law, and his LL.M. degree in taxation from Chapman University, School of Law.
