BENJAMIN T.G. NIVISON is a shareholder and trial lawyer at the Seattle law firm of Rossi Vucinovich PC. Mr. Nivison focuses his practice on the resolution of catastrophic personal injury cases, wrongful death claims, and medical malpractice matters on behalf of individual plaintiffs and their families. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Southern California and his J.D. degree from the University of California, Hastings College of Law. Mr. Nivison is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, where he has held multiple committee appointments and chairs. He is a past Washington membership chairman for the American Bar Association, and he currently is an active member of the King County Bar Association and the Washington State Association for Justice. He also serves periodically as special assistant attorney general for the state of Washington on select catastrophic injury cases on behalf of the Department of Labor & Industries and injured workers.
PAUL S. SMITH is an attorney at Forsberg & Umlauf, P.S. His practice focuses on insurance defense, construction defect, CGL defense, insurance coverage, Jones Act & LHWCA cases, and other admiralty defense litigation. Prior to joining the firm Mr. Smith practiced locally for several years, handling admiralty and maritime matters, including marine insurance defense litigation and marine insurance coverage cases. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Washington and his J.D. degree from the Seattle University School of Law. Mr. Smith is a member of the Washington State and King County bar associations, the Oregon State Bar Association, and the Puget Sound Maritime Claims Association.
GEOFFREY D. SWINDLER is solo practitioner whose practice includes a broad range of civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury. He has represented clients in a wide range of personal injury cases, including car accidents, products liability, intentional torts, and bad faith. Mr. Swindler earned his B.A. degree from the University of Washington, his M.A. degree from George Washington University, and his J.D. degree from Seattle University. Mr. Swindler is admitted to practice in Washington and Idaho state and federal courts.
