TERRY V. HUMMEL is an attorney with the law firm of Scott W. Schiff & Associates. Mr. Hummel's practice and experience has involved thousands of personal injury and death claims in state and federal courts throughout Ohio and neighboring states, including Michigan, Indiana, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. He is a member of the Central Ohio Association for Justice, the Ohio Association for Justice, and the Ohio State and Columbus bar associations. Mr. Hummel earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from Capital University.
DAVID I. POMERANTZ is senior partner in the Cleveland area law firm of Pomerantz & Crosby, Co., L.P.A., where he concentrates his practice in personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice and workers' compensation claims. Mr. Pomerantz also handles probate, basic estate planning, wills and deeds. He has lectured on various topics including medical malpractice, insurance law, evidence and firm management. Mr. Pomerantz earned his B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and his J.D. degree from The Ohio State University College of Law.
