MARK S. CHERRY is an attorney with Mark S. Cherry Attorney at Law, PC, which is a general practice professional law firm in Cherry Hill, New Jersey that, in addition to the general practice of law, assists homeowners across New Jersey. His firm has extensive experience in foreclosure prevention, real estate, tax law, and bankruptcy law. Mr. Cherry is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, federal district courts, bankruptcy court, Federal Court of Appeals, and U.S. Tax Court. In addition to being an accredited civil mediator, he is also the member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), American Association of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants (AAA-CPA), and New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators (NJAPM). Ms. Kapsimalis has significant experience in representing a variety of individual and corporate clients in transactional matters, concentrating in the corporate, real estate, commercial lending, franchise, and general contract areas. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, as well as the Association of Corporate Counsel. Ms. Kapsimalis earned her B.A. degree form Middlebury College and her J.D. degree form Seton Hall University School of Law.
JASON D. NAVARINO is a partner in the tax and corporate groups at Riker Danzig Scherer Hyland & Perretti LLP, in Morristown, New Jersey, and New York City. His main areas of practice include domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures; drafting and negotiating operating, partnership and shareholders' agreements; advising clients contemplating investments in private equity and hedge funds and other private investment opportunities; advising businesses with respect to U.S. federal, state and local taxes (including partnership, corporate, and international tax issues); and counseling nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations. He is a past chair of the Taxation Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the current chair of the Section's International Tax Committee, as well as a member of the Tax Section of the New York State Bar Association. Mr. Navarino received his A.B. degree, summa cum laude, from the School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University; his J.D. degree from Yale Law School; and his LL.M. degree in taxation from New York University School of Law. He previously clerked for the Honorable Barry T. Albin of the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
IVAN TUKHTIN is an attorney with Porzio, Bromberg & Newman PC. He is a member of the firm's Business Law Group. Mr. Tukhtin concentrates his practice on assisting middle market businesses with matters related to commercial and business litigation, labor and employment, as well as cannabis law. He has counseled clients on matters, including but not limited to, business formation, contract disputes and negotiation, mergers & acquisitions, the drafting of employment agreements and handbooks, and much more.
