THOMAS E. CLAY is a member of the firm of Clay Daniel Winner, LLC. He practices in the areas of criminal defense, employment law, and police misconduct litigation. Mr. Clay has defended hundreds of criminal defendants in his 43 years plus practice. His trial experience includes representation of plaintiffs in civil rights litigation and employment discrimination cases in both state and federal courts, as well as numerous trials defending employers. Mr. Clay earned his B.A. degree from Centre College and his J.D. degree from Brandeis School of Law, University of Louisville.
