SHARONDA CHILDS FANCHER is an attorney in the labor & employment department with Baker Donelson in their Birmingham office. Ms. Fancher advises clients on a variety of employment matters, including leave issues; employee counseling, hiring and discipline; disability management; and policies and procedures. She also defends clients in matters relating to charges of discrimination, and investigations and litigation. Ms. Fancher is admitted to practice in Alabama and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama, U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Alabama, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Alabama. She is a member of the Alabama State Bar and the Birmingham Bar Association. Ms. Fancher earned her B.A. degree from Columbia University and J.D. degree from the University of Alabama School of Law.
