ROBERT C. HERTMAN is an attorney and managing partner of Hertman Law, with offices in New York, White Plains, and Middletown, New York. He focuses his practice on regulatory defense, outside general counsel, real estate law, and estate & trust planning, as well as consumer protection. Mr. Hertman is a member of the NYC Bar Association Special Committee on Drugs and The Law, the American Society for Public Administration, the New York State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. Mr. Hertman earned his B.S. degree from the State University of New York, his M.P.A. degree from Marist College, and his J.D. degree from Pace University School of Law.
DAVID C. HOLLAND is an attorney and principal of The Law Offices of David Clifford Holland, P.C. He has more than two decades of experience litigating white collar, as well as both civil and criminal R.I.C.O. cases and cannabis related matters. Mr. Holland is also the executive and legal director of Empire State NORML. He is a member of the state and federal bars of New York, New Jersey, and Maryland; and is admitted to the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Mr. Holland earned his B.A. degree from Boston University and his J.D. degree from New York Law School.
ANDREW P. SCHRIEVER is co-chair of the litigation department at Cuddy & Feder LLP, as well as a co-founder and advisor to the New York City Cannabis Industry Association and a co-founder and president of the Hudson Valley Cannabis Industry Association. He is also currently the treasurer of the Westchester County Bar Association, an active member and lecturer for that Association's Cannabis Law Committee, and a member of the New York State Bar Association's House of Delegates. Mr. Schriever advises clients in cannabis law, serves as a mediator and arbitrator, and represents clients in all aspects of state and federal litigation, including complex commercial, corporate, real estate, and land use matters. In 2019, he was tasked to help lead committees for the Ninth Judicial District and the Westchester County's Commercial Division, where he led the team that designed and drafted the structure and rules for implementation of the New York Court system's presumptive mediation program. Mr. Schriever is admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, the United States Supreme Court, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, all Federal districts of New York, and the District courts of Connecticut and Massachusetts. Mr. Schriever earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts/Amherst; his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Boston College Law School; and his master's degree from the University of Massachusetts/Boston.
